Client Queries
We come to you. In-person training takes place at your office, your preferred meeting space, or any location that works best for your team. We want to make participation as easy as possible, so we’ll handle the logistics on our end and show up wherever makes the most sense for your organization.
Our webinar training runs through Zoom or Microsoft Teams in most cases, but we’re flexible. If your organization uses a different platform and you’d prefer to stay in a familiar environment, just let us know and we’ll work with what you have. The goal is a smooth experience for your team, not a one-size-fits-all setup.
Every participant obtains reference materials they’ll actually use during and after the session. You can choose between printed materials brought to your training or e-licenses ready for your team to print on your end, whichever is more convenient for your organization. Either way, the materials are fully searchable, so when someone needs to look something up back at their desk, they can find what they need fast.
